hmmm...thanks for posting your question. although i don't have the answer, it inspired matt & i to think about where we want to be in 5 years. it was a really fun time of dreaming, but at the same time also very clarifying as we put to words and time some of the things we already though and felt...i hope the journey of answering this question for you two is a wonderful experience...
